Safety
BreatheWithMe guides breathing for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and makes no clinical or therapeutic claims.
Breathwork changes your breathing rhythm, which can affect how you feel. Some people feel lightheaded, especially during holds or faster patterns. That is your cue to return to a normal, easy breath.
If you are pregnant, or have a cardiovascular condition, epilepsy, or have had recent surgery, talk to your doctor first.
Never practise in or near water, or while driving.
Vigorous and breath-hold techniques can cause lightheadedness or fainting. Ease off the moment you feel unwell.
If anything feels wrong, stop. Your normal breath is always the safe default.
